In response to the Senate voting down much-needed Sanctuary Cities legislation last week, NPG has issued a Press Release to make our position known to the national media. If passed, the “Stop Dangerous Sanctuary Cities Act” would have permitted federal funding to be withheld from cities that offer protection to illegal aliens. Unfortunately, by refusing to allow the bill to even proceed to the floor for consideration, 53 Senators placed the rights of illegal aliens ahead of law-abiding citizens.
This is why NPG needs you to do TWO THINGS TODAY to help us build a national anti-sanctuary cities grassroots movement. Together, we can use our status as one of the most powerful organizations working for responsible population and immigration policies to stop this insanity!
First, we are asking that RIGHT NOW you sign NPG’s PETITION AGAINST SANCTUARY CITIES!
Your signature will help us make clear – of all of the dangers of current White House immigration policies, the very existence of sanctuary cities puts the safety of millions of Americans at risk, and this madness must come to a halt!
SECOND, we need you to back your petition with a generous tax-deductible contribution of $20, $30, or even $50 to help us launch and sustain this vital national campaign in the months ahead.
As NPG supporter who understands how critical it is that we work to halt and reverse America’s immigration-driven population growth, your response to this email is vital! Far too often, we’ve seen a major immigration issue dominate the headlines for weeks on end – only to fade away without a solution.
We can’t let that happen with sanctuary cities.
We can’t let them continue unchallenged and unchanged!
We know you recognize the dangers of today’s out-of-control, lax immigration policies – and that it is crucial for us to work together to make public safety and the rule of law a national priority. Common sense says that means doing away with sanctuary cities! We need your help RIGHT NOW to keep the pressure on!
Your signature today will help us maintain this critical momentum to stop immigration-driven population growth! With your help, we can keep this vital issue front and center in the national spotlight – and encourage Congress to strike down all sanctuary cities!
Thank you again for your loyal support
in the fight for America’s future!
World population, now over 7.3 billion, is predicted to rise to 9 billion by 2050, an increase of almost two billion, or 23%, in the short space of only 34 years from now.In the highly unlikely event that per capita greenhouse gas emissions could possibly be decreased by an equal percentage in such a short space of time (a blink of an eye) the total amount of worldwide emission would remain the same!
From this simple illustration it would appear that without drastically reducing the size of world population, there is no solution to the problem.None at all.So then why do our world leaders pretend that there is one? What is to be gained by pretending rather than by proposing a solution that would solve the problem – a reduction in the size of world population to not more than 1- 2 billion?
