U.S. Supreme Court Will Rule on White House Executive Amnesty

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court announced “…it will decide the fate of President Barack Obama’s immigration actions this term.” Reporter Ariane de Vogue noted: “The [President’s executive] actions are aimed at allowing millions of undocumented immigrantsto apply for programs that could make them eligible for work authorization and associated benefits.”

“If the Court greenlights the programs…
they will go into effect before [Obama] leaves office.”

As we reported last February, a federal judge heard the voices of tens of thousands of NPG supporters – and millions of other concerned Americans – when he placed an injunction against the Obama Administration’s controversial expanded DACA and DAPA programs. These dangerous programs would grant de facto amnesty to an estimated 9 million illegal aliens!

The White House immediately filed an appeal to overturn this reasonable, responsible injunction – despite the Judge’s ruling that these programs would cause states to “suffer irreparable harm” if this “virtually irreversible” amnesty were to take place! But when the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals denied the administration’s appeal… the White House went directly to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The High Court sadly ignored the strong petition submitted by the state of Texas on December 29th.

“‘President Obama’s executive action on immigration represents an unprecedented attempt to expand the power of the executive branch,’ Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a statement… ‘Rewriting national immigration law requires the full and careful consideration of Congress, and Texas will consider to fight this affront to the rule of law.'”

NPG has long held that current immigration policy is allowing more and more illegal aliens to enter our nation and stay here permanently – despite their flagrant disregard for our laws. The outcome of this lawsuit is of great importance for all Americans who respect the Rule of Law – and who are greatly concerned about immigration-driven population growth!

THIS IS WHY WE CANNOT STOP!

We need your help RIGHT NOW to keep the pressure on – and broadcast the message that Americans DO NOT support executive amnesty! That is why I need you to act immediately and make a generous contribution of $20, $30, or any amount you can afford to help NPG keep up our forward momentum!

We’re already hard at work with an aggressive agenda for the months ahead – showing the public the real impact of immigration on U.S. population growth. And we’re letting more Americans know that immigration will soon replace births to become the primary source of U.S. population growth! So please – let us know that we can count on your continued commitment!

Please make your contribution to NPG right now – while this critical issue is at the forefront of national debate. Your generous contribution TODAY will go directly towards our work for reasonable, responsible immigration policies – policies which WON’T increase U.S. population and WON’T rob future generations of their American dream!

This is YOUR chance to fight against

AMNESTY BY EXECUTIVE FIAT!

Won’t you contribute just $20, or even $30 TODAY?

The powerful pro-immigration lobby is already hard at work to block any consideration of putting reasonable and responsible restrictions on immigration. They will be very forceful as they work to halt efforts to reform today’s present policies. That’s why NPG is ready to lead the battle to change our nonsensical immigration policies – and it’s why we need you to join us.

There is no remedy that can possibly avert disastrous Climate Change and Global Warming unless we first address the problem of world population size and growth, and its impact on the size of the greenhouse gas emissions that cause global warming. That means that we need to address the population size and growth of each nation, which together make up the world total.

World population, now over 7.3 billion, is predicted to rise to 9 billion by 2050, an increase of almost two billion, or 23%, in the short space of only 34 years from now.In the highly unlikely event that per capita greenhouse gas emissions could possibly be decreased by an equal percentage in such a short space of time (a blink of an eye) the total amount of worldwide emission would remain the same!

From this simple illustration it would appear that without drastically reducing the size of world population, there is no solution to the problem.None at all.So then why do our world leaders pretend that there is one? What is to be gained by pretending rather than by proposing a solution that would solve the problem – a reduction in the size of world population to not more than 1- 2 billion?
